Is it really free?
Yes. Posting projects, sharing, earning karma, and getting featured in the feed are all free forever. Paid options for sponsored placement and boost credits may exist later, but the core loop will always be free.
Do I need a big audience?
No follower minimums to join. That said, audience size is real leverage — a creator with 10,000 newsletter subscribers will deliver more clicks per share than a creator with 100, and so will rise faster in the feed. The loop rewards activity at every scale, but bigger audiences naturally compound faster. Small audiences still earn karma and get promoted; they just take more shares to get there.
How is karma counted?
When you share another creator’s tracked link and someone clicks it, you earn 1 karma per unique verified click. Same-person clicks within 24 hours are deduped. Your own self-clicks don’t count.
Can I buy karma?
No — and we’ll never let you. Karma is the social-proof signal that you’ve earned visibility. Allowing it to be bought would break the trust layer for everyone. Paid options (like sponsored placement) exist alongside karma, never in place of it.
