- Profile information such as your bio, profile photo, niche categories, and social media handles or platform links.
- Location data you choose to provide, such as city or region, used to support location-based Collab filtering.
- Payment information processed through Stripe; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
- Shipping address information provided when physical merchandise rewards are fulfilled through Printful.
- Content you post, including Collab listings, applications, submissions, reviews, and Spotlight listings.
- Communications you send through the platform's messaging system.
- Any other information you voluntarily submit to us.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing your account and profile.
- Facilitating Collaboration matching between Brands and Creators.
- Processing subscription payments and managing Pro membership access.
- Fulfilling physical merchandise rewards through Printful integration.
- Displaying your public profile, Collab listings, and Spotlight listings to other users.
- Operating the karma, review, and reputation systems.
- Sending transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, Collab notifications).
- Sending marketing or promotional communications, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.
- Improving and personalizing the Services.

Public profile information
Your username, profile photo, bio, niche categories, social platform links, karma score, and any public Collab listings or Spotlight listings you create are visible to other users of the platform. Pro membership status may also be displayed. Please be thoughtful about the information you include in your public profile.
Third-party service providers
We share Personal Information with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Services:
- Stripe — Payment processing for Pro memberships. Stripe's use of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Printful — Merchandise fulfillment for physical rewards. Shipping address and order information is shared with Printful when a merchandise reward is generated. Printful's use of your data is governed by Printful's Privacy Policy.
- Geoapify — Location-based services for Collab distance filtering. General location data (city/region) may be passed to Geoapify to support this feature.
- Google Analytics (if enabled) — Aggregated usage analytics. Google's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties. We do not share your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Billing and payments
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We retain records of subscription status, billing history, and transaction references necessary to manage your account and comply with financial recordkeeping obligations.
