Platform role
CoPromote is a technology platform that facilitates connections between Brands and Creators. We are not a party to any collaboration agreement, employment relationship, or contractor arrangement between users. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the content, conduct, or commitments of any Brand or Creator using the platform.
No guarantee of outcomes
We make no representation or warranty that using the Services will result in successful Collaborations, increased revenue, follower growth, brand awareness, or any other specific outcome. Results from Collaborations depend entirely on the individual actions of the parties involved and factors beyond our control.
User-generated content
The Website contains content submitted by users, including Collab listings, Spotlight listings, profiles, reviews, and messages. Views, claims, and representations expressed in user-generated content belong solely to the users who submitted them and do not represent the views or opinions of CoPromote. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content and are not responsible for any decisions you make based on it.
By submitting content to the platform, you grant CoPromote the right to display, distribute, and reproduce that content as necessary to operate and promote the Services.
Third-party fulfillment
Physical merchandise rewards are fulfilled through Printful, an independent third-party service. CoPromote is not responsible for delays, errors, product quality issues, or fulfillment failures that originate with Printful or any other third-party provider. Issues with merchandise orders should be directed to Printful in the first instance.
Payment processing
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. CoPromote is not responsible for payment processing errors, declined transactions, or issues arising from Stripe's systems. Cash rewards exchanged directly between Brands and Creators are not processed through or guaranteed by CoPromote.
Indemnification and warranties
All information and Services on the Website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty regarding completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will CoPromote, its partners, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Website or Services, including but not limited to disputes between Brands and Creators, unfulfilled rewards, or failed Collaborations.
