This Policy applies to all users of the platform, including Brands, Creators, and any other participants.

Our commitment
CoPromote is a platform for professional collaboration. We are committed to ensuring that all users are treated with dignity and respect, and that no user faces discrimination or harassment on the basis of personal characteristics unrelated to their professional qualifications or creative work.
Prohibited discrimination
You may not use the Services to discriminate against any person based on any characteristic protected under applicable local, state, or federal law, including but not limited to:
- Race or ethnicity
- Color
- National origin
- Religion or creed
- Age
- Gender or gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Disability or medical condition
- Pregnancy or parental status
- Veteran or military status
Discrimination includes refusing to collaborate with, misrepresenting rewards to, or providing materially different terms or experiences to any user on the basis of the above characteristics.
Collab eligibility requirements
Brands may specify legitimate, non-discriminatory eligibility criteria for their Collab listings, such as niche category, minimum follower count, geographic location, or content platform. However, eligibility requirements may not be used as a proxy for discriminatory selection based on the protected characteristics listed above. Listings that appear designed to exclude applicants on the basis of protected characteristics will be subject to removal.
Hate speech
Hate speech is strictly prohibited on the platform. Hate speech includes content, language, or imagery that threatens, demeans, or expresses prejudice against any individual or group based on the protected characteristics listed above. This applies to Collab listings, profile content, Spotlight listings, reviews, and platform messaging.
Harassment
Harassment of any kind is prohibited. This includes unwanted sexual advances, threats, targeted abuse, or any conduct intended to intimidate or demean another user. If you experience harassment through the platform, please report it to us immediately.
Zero tolerance
CoPromote has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination and hate speech. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund of any subscription fees paid. We reserve the right to report credible threats of harm to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Reporting
If you are the target of discriminatory behavior, hate speech, or harassment on the platform, or if you witness a violation of this Policy, please contact us immediately via the contact form. All reports will be reviewed and treated with care. Retaliation against users who report violations in good faith is itself a violation of this Policy.
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting of the updated Policy on the Website.
